Export Your EroLove Story Before Deleting the Account

Prepare a small personal archive, review payment and spark consequences, and distinguish account deletion from already published images.

Before deleting EroLove, decide what you want to retain, use the documented export controls where appropriate and save minimal billing evidence. Then read the account-deletion confirmation carefully. A planned exit is easier to verify than a rushed deletion followed by attempts to recover missing records.

EroLove’s privacy policy describes the Our story screen as a place to view, correct, export and delete information, including full account deletion. It says personal data is removed within 30 days, with limited legal and billing exceptions and rolling backup removal. This guide describes the published process, not an account deletion we performed.

Decide what belongs in your archive

Separate your own writing, useful story notes, generated media and financial records. They serve different purposes and do not all need to be kept together.

For a personal archive, a short collection of your original character or scene notes may be enough. For a billing question, retain the plan, payment date and transaction reference. You do not need a full intimate conversation export merely to show that you bought a subscription.

EroLove’s generated content is subject to personal, non-commercial use limits in the current terms. An export should not be treated as permission to sell, redistribute or use every item in a public project.

Review the export before depending on it

Use the controls actually shown in the current Our story screen. The policy establishes that export is supported, but this guide does not promise a particular file format or a complete copy of every category of service data.

After downloading, check that you can open the file and that it contains what you meant to preserve. A file name alone is not proof of a usable archive. If a needed category is absent, ask the official privacy contact about that category before deleting the account.

Store the result privately and check whether its folder syncs to another device or cloud account. A shared download folder or automatic photo library can widen the audience beyond what you intended.

Handle payment and sparks as separate items

The current pricing page says crypto plans do not automatically renew, while card payments are described as coming. The terms contain clauses for recurring card subscriptions. Use the receipt and actual account state for your purchase route rather than assuming every account has the same renewal arrangement.

If an active renewal exists, verify its cancellation separately and retain confirmation. Account deletion, subscription cancellation and a refund request are different outcomes; do not infer all three from one button.

Also note the credit consequence. The terms say deleting the account deletes its sparks. Bought sparks are described as non-expiring while the account exists, not as a cash balance payable after closure. Do not make an unnecessary purchase to use a small remaining balance before leaving.

Understand the published-image exception

The policy says some generated character images may be selected for public showcases and promotion without a link to your account or messages. It also says those published copies stay after chat or account deletion and are not part of the account export.

That is why a successful personal-data deletion should not be restated as “every image generated during my use disappeared from every page.” A concern about a specific public image belongs to the provider’s reporting process, with the relevant URL and an accurate explanation.

Do not create new copies of disputed material on public forums simply to request removal. Use the official route and share the minimum necessary evidence.

Keep a deletion record

Before confirming, note the account identity, request date and what the screen says will happen. Save any acknowledgement or support reference. If the provider describes a waiting period, record its endpoint rather than repeatedly guessing whether deletion is complete.

The privacy policy allows limited retention for billing, tax, fraud prevention and legal reasons. If you need a precise answer about those categories, ask the privacy contact identified on the official page. Do not claim that the process removes legally retained records immediately.

After completion, review your own copies: exports, screenshots, downloads and saved sign-in sessions on shared devices. Keep what you genuinely need and remove what no longer serves a purpose.

A good exit leaves a small usable archive, understandable financial records and a clear account-deletion acknowledgement. It does not depend on a promise that one action reverses every earlier copy or publication.
